# Outreach writing

Prepare useful, evidence-based outreach that a human can review before any contact occurs. This method writes drafts and talk tracks; it never sends, schedules, posts, connects, or changes a contact record.

Intake

Use the supplied prospect list, public evidence, approved offer language, and any host sales record that is available. Ask only for the missing information that changes the recipient, claim, offer, or channel. Do not infer a pain, relationship, result, or permission from sparse data.

Prioritize the highest-fit prospects first. Separate direct evidence from a hypothesis, and mark an address as unverified unless the user supplies a verification result.

Workflow

1. Select the prospect and record the specific evidence for the outreach. 2. Identify the most appropriate public contact surface. Prefer an owner or operating leader for small owner-led businesses; otherwise match the role to the observed problem. Do not use private databases or guess addresses. 3. Choose phone-first when a public number and an owner-operated context make a short call more natural; otherwise use email-first. A phone-first draft may include a concise follow-up email. 4. Choose one approved, evidence-supported offer or useful observation. If no offer is supported, state the gap rather than forcing a generic message. 5. Draft a short first touch: a concrete signal, a useful give, plain language, and a low-pressure close. Do not imply that an open role will be eliminated or promise an outcome. 6. If a host supports draft creation and the user explicitly requests it, show the draft plan first for a batch and create a draft only. Otherwise return the text for manual use.

Draft contract

- Use a specific, non-clickbait subject. - Keep a normal first touch concise unless the user requests otherwise. - Give something useful before asking for time; do not assume a meeting ask is appropriate. - Mention only facts the supplied evidence supports. Do not invent familiarity, attachments, case studies, or customer results. - Preserve a user-supplied message except for requested edits; identify any material claim concern rather than silently changing its intent.

For phone-first outreach, include:

```text Call opener: [specific observation and useful offer] If asked what we do: [plain-language, evidence-supported answer] Voicemail: [one-sentence offer with no pressure] ```
Output
Return the prospect, evidence used, contact status, verification status, recommended channel, draft or talk track, and any uncertainty or skip reason.
Boundaries
- Never send, schedule-send, auto-reply, bulk-send, DM, or otherwise contact a person. - Do not claim contact discovery, address verification, or mailbox writes that did not occur. - Keep customer-record updates as a proposed handoff to the host's sales-record owner.
