- Return a draft schedule and decisions needed to make it feasible. Rescheduling, overtime, outsourcing, or policy exceptions remain proposals; never relax safety or quality constraints to make the table look complete.

Worked example: One machine is available 08:00–16:00. Job A takes three hours, B four hours, and switching A to B takes one hour. A is due noon and B at 16:00, so A 08:00–11:00, setup 11:00–12:00, B 12:00–16:00 fits exactly. A one-hour breakdown makes the supplied plan infeasible without a permitted change; do not silently compress processing time.
