Customer language analysis
Capture reusable language without mistaking a paraphrase, unnamed speaker, or private material for approved evidence. This method manages internal evidence; it does not publish, attribute, or share quotes.
Resolve storage and any record access through `references/host-operations.md`. Do not assume a transcription service, shared drive, customer database, repository path, or named approver. If the host cannot authorize a write, return proposed entries and their source pointers.
Source and privacy rules
Accept only supplied or authorized source material. Preserve a source URL, host ID, or local pointer for every quote. Identify each speaker as customer, prospect, internal, or unknown; do not treat an unknown speaker as customer evidence. Exclude credentials, personal data, private financial figures, and other material whose retention or use is not necessary.
Every quote is **internal only** until a specific external use is explicitly approved. Public availability does not grant permission to reuse a person's name, logo, or words.
Workflow
1. Read the source and identify useful verbatim language. Separate exact words from paraphrased interpretation. 2. Classify each candidate by theme, speaker confidence, source date, and evidence relevance. Keep only language that supports a stated decision. 3. Deduplicate by source identity plus materially identical wording. 4. Append each new entry with the next `VOC-###` identifier:

5. Report added, duplicate, excluded, and uncertain candidates. Never create a public quote, relationship-record update, task, or follow-up message from this method.
Consumer handoffs
A host workflow may use aggregate internal themes. It may reuse a specific quote externally only after the user selects that entry and separately approves its external use.
